PUBG Mobile Open Season 6 Squad Cup #8 America

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Teams must have at least 4 and no more than 5 players
  • Players must enter their PUBG Mobile Nickname game ID
  • Players must enter their PUBG Mobile ID game ID
  • Teams must have all members with residence in one of the following countries:
    Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United States
  • Players must be at least 16 years old

Quick Rules

Steps

  1. You need to register an ESL account
  2. Enter your in-game nickname on the right side in the widget under PUBG MOBILE NICKNAME. This MUST match your actual in-game nickname identically, otherwise your team will be unable to participate and will not receive any points for the match day.
  3. Enter your Character ID on the right side in the widget under PUBG MOBILE ID. This MUST match your actual in-game character ID identically. The ID should be between 5 and 12 characters and be all numbers.
  4. Enter your roster via “Manage roster”
  5. Sign up with your team
  6. Join the official NA Mobile Open Discord
  7. The 480 team check-in spots will be open on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the check-in time 30 minutes before start of the tournament.

  • Please be aware though, if both gameaccounts on ESL Play do not EXACTLY match what we see in-game, your entire team will not gain kill points for the match. It is your responsibility beforehand to ensure that your ESL gameaccount and in-game name match exactly. If you cannot get your ESL gameaccounts to match your in-game information, you should change them accordingly before signing up for any Cups.

Phase 1

  • 4 Weeks of randomized group play of up to 5 Matches played a day.
    • Sundays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
    • Thursdays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
    • Saturdays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
  • Teams will be randomly sorted into structured groups each playday and will compete over the course of 4 weeks to discover the top 50% of teams in the competition.

Phase 2

  • 50% of players advance from Phase 1 to Phase 2.
  • 2 Weeks of randomized group play of up to 5 games played a day.
    • Sundays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
    • Thursdays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
    • Saturdays 3:00PM – 9:00PM PST
  • Teams will be randomly sorted into structured groups each playday and will compete over the course of 2 weeks to discover the top 32 teams in the competition.

Phase 3

  • The 32 remaining teams will be sorted into 2 groups of 16 where they will compete.
  • The top 16 teams based on cumulative score will advance to the Broadcast Finals (this could mean 10 teams from Group A and 6 teams from Group B, or 8/8 etc.) The top 16 teams with the highest score regardless of group will advance.

Phase 4

  • The top 16 teams from Phase 3 will compete in an online Grand Final.
  • Teams in this Phase will compete in a 1 day, 5 game Final to determine the winner of Season 6 of the Mobile Open.

Format

  • SQUAD
  • Teams – 4 players per team with 1 sub allowed per team.
  • Teams are allowed to play and finish 1 live match, per match day, with 3 players.
  • Teams must have full rosters that legally reside and participate from either the US, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.

Phase 1 Roster Lock

  • Teams – 4 players per team, one sub is allowed.
  • The Transfer Period for this season will be at the following times:
    • August 16th, 8 pm PT – August 19th, 4 pm PT
    • August 23rd, 8 pm PT – August 26th, 4 pm PT
    • August 30th, 8 pm PT – September 2nd, 4 pm PT
  • Teams must retain 3/5 of the original roster to retain any points that roster earned. If teams do not retain 3/5 of the original roster the points that team earned up to that point will be removed

Host

  • Lobby name and Password will be published in your match lobby here on the tournament pages, accessible through the tournament widget on the right side when matches are created. They will also be published in each group discord channel.
  • Server region: North America
  • Game mode: Third Person Perspective

Maps

  • Erangel, Miramar & Sanhok.
  • All matches will play under the weather conditions that spawn.

ResultsEach team member should take end-of-game screenshots of their results in case of any disputes and/or technical difficulties in the lobbies.
